A bridge between two countries, built around one family at a time
Bangladesh – China Healthcare Gateway helps Bangladeshi patients reach modern treatment in China, and makes sure they never face any part of it alone.
Why we do this
Treatment abroad is never only about the hospital. It is language, food, prayer, money, visas, and a family worrying at home. When all of this is scattered across phone calls and paper files, details get lost and patients wait.
We keep the whole road in one place and give every family one coordinator who knows the case from the first message to the last follow-up.
Answers before you ask
Are you a hospital?
No. We are a patient facilitation service based in Bangladesh. We connect you with hospitals in China and take care of everything around your treatment. Diagnosis and treatment are decided by licensed doctors.
How do I start?
Send photos of your medical reports on WhatsApp, or fill in the contact form. We reply in Bangla and explain the next step. There is no obligation.
How much will it cost?
It depends on the treatment, the hospital, the city and the length of stay. Before you travel, you receive one written estimate in Taka that lists treatment, flights, stay, meals, guide, visa and our service fee separately.
Can family members travel with the patient?
Yes. We arrange visa documents, flights and accommodation for companions too, and include them in the estimate.
We do not speak Chinese or English. Is that a problem?
No. A Bangla-speaking guide is with you in China, and an interpreter joins every important conversation with doctors.
Will we get halal food?
Yes. Halal meals are delivered daily to the ward or your accommodation, prepared to the doctor's diet.
How long does the visa take?
It varies. We begin as soon as the hospital issues the invitation letter, check your documents before you apply, and keep you updated at every stage.
Who sees my medical reports?
Our team and the hospitals you agree to. Hospitals receive your case without your name until you choose one of them.
What happens after we come home?
We translate your discharge papers into Bangla, send medicine reminders, check in every week and arrange video follow-ups with your doctor in China.
